"Lets talk about parking. Great parking, no far walks, open to everyone. Located in suite 210, So huge!! I love the security. You'll see when you get there. They know who walks in and out. Diversity, Everyone Was Here!!! Working together. Complete social distancing and masks. It was the seed and my first class, we were greeted promptly, people introduced themselves and made us feel at home, and helped us with our moves too. The trainer Malachai, comes from an amazing background. Hes trained the best of the best and has an amazing one on one and group self defense course. Amazing for women, real estate agents, businesses, etc. The trainer was also patient and fast paced. How, idk...but he showed us what to do and came back to it. The class is 45min and I never sweat....I did today!!! My son and I enjoyed everything about the space. Make sure to book online for classes. Spaces are limited. Also, checkin in on yelp gets you a little discount on these already inexpensive classes. Boxing is such a great workout, but they have other classes too if that's not for you. Get in now. Its a popular class."
