"The process was so easy and quick. We did the “get in line” online prior to leaving the house. Got a call within 30 min to confirm, go over insurance and why we needed to be seen. My daughter absolutely loved the kid table in the waiting room. We were in the room by our appointment time and had maybe 15 min wait for the doctor. Dr. Jen was amazing and sweet with our 3 year old. We will absolutely be back when needed!"
"Went in for an emergency head injury and was ignored once placed in a room for nearly two hours. No scan was done, and the doctor came in, looked at my eyes and discharged me. The staff was whispering under their breath and was clearly audible in the area. There was a kid playing soccer or something in a nearby room which was very odd."
