"I absolutely love Dr Irvin and the rest of the staff. With my first child I made the mistake of going to a closer office to our house. The Dr there was terrible and I never got the help I needed. I finally decided to listen to my husband and take switch drs at two months old to see my step son’s pediatrician. I’m so glad I made the switch! I just had my second child and I’m glad to be coming to this office. I highly recommend them. Please don’t let any of the negative reviews scare you away. Dr Irvin and this office are awesome!"

"Never going back here. WARNING to all parents who bring their small children here. I had my third child almost 5 months ago and a nurse at this establishment with some kind of false savior complex complete shamed me and took an absolutely obnoxious course of action. When my son was first born we were facing serious financial issues and I was completely isolated, I slumped down into a depression and I’ve been very open with every woman I encounter about my struggle. My children have never been at any risk of being harmed. Since those initial few months of my sons life our finances have changed drastically and I’ve been spending time around friends again and I can honestly say life hasn’t been as good as it is now in so long. I wake up happy every day and have been living my dream life. I put my youngest in daycare with my 2 year old and my baby blues dissolved. Our baby was sick this week and being an ADHD individual I was more stressed than usual and was speaking about how hard children are with the nurse. She interpreted this as me being a risk to my baby and took EXTREME action. Left the room and came back with full staff informing me they were not letting me leave with my baby. They called my husband AND they called the police. My husband was beside himself because he’s genuinely seen me incredibly happy living my best life lately and did not know where this was coming from. I was very persistent with the staff that they were clearly confused, yes taking care of a 5 month old is stressful but I have no desire to harm any of my children. I explained I was happy and that I have a happy hour planned with my girlfriends later in the evening that I’ve been looking forward to for weeks, the nurse then proceeded to shame me and insinuated it isn’t “normal” for a mother to be excited about going out with friends for drinks. Insinuating I would be getting drunk…. Incredibly insulting considering I have a one drink limit I hold myself to (for weight loss purposes) and time with girlfriends is one of my favorite aspects of my life. To say I was shamed for this is an understatement. Now instead of happy hour with my friends (amazing for mental health) I’m dealing with police and CPS because one holier-than-thou nurse took a ridiculous and obnoxious course of action over nothing. DO NOT ADMIT to being stressed or sad at this office. It is not a safe space. Will never return with any of my children."

"Dr. Irving has always been so wonderful and thorough with my daughter. She offers solutions and went out of her way to find mental health providers that took our insurance. Highly recommend!"

"Office is clean, quite... nurses are Friendly and on point. Went to a different facility due the the front staff and doctors. Front staff seemed to always leave me on hold between 6 to 12 minutes everytime if not longer just to make an appointment. Also they always required us to use a mask, but, Seeing other families in the office who Caucasian NOT required or even asked to wear them and that family had many kids that were coughing they didn't bother ask them to wear a mask.. Also we always had an appointment but had to wait 30 mins or LONGER in front waiting. Room then finally got to the exam room ALWAYS had to wait 45 mins to 1 hour AFTER. our set appointment. Also the dr ALWAYS tried to push my son to get vaccinated, which I felt was unacceptable. After 3rd time i was fed up, also gave my son 2. HEARING TEST THAT I DID NOT CONSENT TO and charged me for it. When I called to dispute this the office manager was RUDE FINALLY AGREED TO WAVE the fee. THEN received a bill for charge she claimed she would waived AND NEVER DID. I WOULD NOT HAVE allowed that test to take place simply because he had just had a hearing test at school 2 weeks prior. Also sent us to a specialist spent 300$ out of pocket for x rays ect....that he didn't even need."

"Dr Irvin was my doctor as a child and is now the doctor of my newborn son. She was thorough when taking care of me as a child and is the same with my son. The variety of samples the office provides is amazing and an absolute life saver when trying to find something for a sensitive baby. They are also extremely supportive of a new single mom who is figuring things out as she goes. The billing department is polite, which is rare for any doctors office. The receptionist always has a smile when she greets us. All in all, it's a great practice. The fish tanks are pretty awesome too."
