"From the receptionist to the nurses and then doctor are all awesome. The nurse sits and listens to your issues, and when the doctor walks in, you can tell he has read the notes. The Dr. listens to your issues and then talks over the how to fix said issues. They are all great. Neat foot doctor have ever been to. Will return until I can't."

"I am so angry and will not ever go back. The doctors are great but the receptionist very rude...not helpful and put her hands up and stated her hands were tied and she could not help us. They tried to argue they did not take Blue Cross Blue Sheild insurance so I called the insurance company and they were going to give them the code and let them know it was okay and they refused. Needless to say I was taking both my parents there as new patients. My dad on a walker and my mom very shaky from a brain injury. Me and my husband had to bring them. Sat in the office over am hour and walked out due to the RUDE receptionist."

"Attention all medical assistants!! Don't even bother working here. You don't make enough to live off of, you don't get benefits and you don't get raises. Not even worth it. The boss (she) expects you to do stuff you have never done before, apparently asking too many questions is highly frowned upon, trying to understand the schedule is frowned upon, you don't get to really know the patient because you're not allowed to talk to them long (just in and out. Plus she doesn't even have the decency to fire you in person, she does it through a text message......"

"Whoever the secretary was that answered the phone was very rude and nasty after having me on hold for 15mins. Then asked me was my insurance through public aid? Wooow! No ma’am in fact I have BCBS that I will be using elsewhere!!"
