"Dr. Trevino was great but everything else is horrible. He joined Centro med and they are a nightmare. Billing was a mess, customer service is a mess, unprofessional and frustrating. Liked the doc but not worth the headache. I would avoid this practice."

"Worse pediatric office in Texas. lost my three year olds shot records and he has beeping for there for two years. Not only that, but Missed diagnosed him with allergies and said no ear infection, when he did have an ear infection. Misdiagnosed him twice. Said had allergies when his tonsil’s were the problem. Tonsils were the size of a golf ball and became emergency. Forgot to press send on his referral. Called back again after a week and send it to wrong fax, called back again and sent it to wrong place. WHO loses a babies shot records. You can never talk to the office directly only customer service number."

Then They are recommend with Professional Staff (Nurses). but they learner and practicing this clinic. not reliable They are leaner and starting up practice in this clinic that why I not taking risk for my kids. this clinic staff and workers are very Rude and They are not professional also doesn't have a common sense. Dr.Trevino good Doctor but not available mostly. Front desk super rude we had never experience like this staff in my life. this doctor since my son born last 7 years. I had so many time bad experience but I was avoid all time and share with others. but I don't want to share publicly but today experience are very worst then forever. after school I visit to clinic. I was late 5 min my son appointment front desk denied me. and l had many time we reach on time but never take on time. they tell us wait and seat.then they are put in room 30 to 40min this room to other rooms. no care about patients time. only their times important. Do not visit this clinic. if someone wants bad experience in life go to this clinic"

"I have been taking all 3 of my children to Dr. Trevino for the last 18 years. We absolutely love him. He takes his time with each patient and always makes us fill like he cares every visit. I would recommend him to anyone with children."

"My twins have seen Dr. Trevino since they were born. We’ve always been satisfied with his services. However, we will never return because of his HORRIBLE office staff. I have called multiple times to have my kids added to the online portal. Long story short, no one was ever able to help with my online portal. After talking to multiple people in one day, I asked if I can pick up the shot records. I show up & they try to charge me for the shot records, but if you access them online you don’t have to pay for them. The staff need to be trained properly on how to utilize there systems and teach them practical solutions when they’re unable to deliver. I can’t believe they had the audacity to try to charge me. I tried multiple times to get access and no one could figure out why I wasn’t able to see my kids on the portal. We’ve had numerous problems with the office staff, but never with Dr. Trevino."
