"Nurse for 12/21/23 on duty refused my care. As of 12/21/23 I will not be going back to this office."

"If I could give -10, the. I would. Came for stress and the lady insulted me by giving a number to the suicide line. No stress test or anything. Get out of our neighborhoods because how are you gonna just offer me some medication to alter my mind and body without ANY tests. This is why people self medicate or don’t medicate at all. They want to put everyone on drugs"

"Have made 3 appointments, each time they’re cancelled at the last minute and care booked for the next 3 months. This time their excuse was that my appointment was with a brand new hire who forgot to inform them she’s going on vacation her first month of work. Maybe try confirming availability of your new hires that they can actually come to work to see patients instead of jetsetting away from her new job. Disorganized and unprofessional. Definitely Mercy’s weakest link."

"The staff that includes the MA’s, nursing assistants and any thing other than the MD/OB has turned me completely off from this location. Having professionalism isn’t hard. My Ob scheduled for me to come in on a Friday to receive testing and everyone in the back were yelling into the front, not caring who could hear them that I need to go to Quest. No one came out and asked or even called my OB to confirm. Sure enough, as soon as I left I got a call that I was correct. Why does black establishments or anything that is within the community has to be so out of sorts. My dream was to have a black OB to deliver my child but after seeing what was displayed and how unprofessional every last one of the staff was, I turned away and went somewhere else. Low income or not, no one deserves that laziness and lack of professionalism. Absolutely no one. It’s insane."
