"After reading the reviews I wasn't sure, but I'm glad I didnt listen!! Great customer service, I wanted to get an appointment and got scheduled right away. Also same day walk in appointments for established patients! The front desk was most helpful in working with my insurance concerns. The medical staff in the adult medicine and pediatrics are amazingly friendly! I recommend trying the North County location!"

"Never have availability. The schedules are always booked 4+ months out. Last time I scheduled my daughter for her dental appointment, I waited MONTHS only for them to tell me I scheduled for the wrong location, when I clarified what location when I called. The workers are incompetent. Now my daughter can't get her physical or dental in a timely manner. Just shut it down here. PATHETIC."

"This place is trash. All the staff from the time you walk through the door is unprofessional. The wait time are extremely long . You schedule an appointment and still end up waiting 2 or 3 long hours . They call you the day of your appointment and will cancel you because the doctor that was staffed is leaving early. I totally hate that this is the nearest pediatrician in my area . I will not be returning after this appointment. Beyond ridiculous"
