Heartland Women's Healthcare

"Just want to complain about Heartland Woman’s Healthcare. Their customer service and billing department are terrible. If you have a question or an issue, you can not talk to person who answers the phone and all she was doing is put a note in your profile. If you want to talk to the manager or the billing department, was told it is impossible. This is the first time I ever ran into this kind of company level management. They mess up my insurance and kept billing me. This is over a year now. I called half year ago and provided all the insurance information again and promised everything will be ok. but I just got the same bill again. Trying to call again and I was told they made a mistake since we all make mistake so it should be ok for them. The problem is they should know they made a mistake half year ago, why they did not fix it. This company and their services can not be trusted any more."

"My provider is great. However, it is nearly impossible to get ahold of any provider for questions and concerns. The workers at the call center are not helpful and when they transfer you to a nurse, the nurses are rude and not compassionate. Receiving lab results in red font and with a cation sign from the lab itself and not hearing from the office is terrible. A nurse literally laughed at my concerns. I will definitely be looking for another provider and office just due to the lack of communication and the rudeness of the nurses."

"Everyone in her office is extremely nice and attentive. Dr. Sullivan sat down and took her time to speak with me. She didn't rush or make me feel like she had other things she needed to do. Great experience!"

"I absolutely recommend any expecting mama to go to Heartland Women’s Healthcare! My whole experience has been wonderful with Dr. Sullivan. She is amazing in making you feel so comfortable and has helped ease me, as a new mom, as well as my partner, as a first time dad, with assuring us the baby is nice and healthy at all the bedside ultrasounds. I also recently had my anatomy scan and the ultrasound tech was so kind in explaining everything and really took time with me and my partner. She took AMAZING pictures for me to take home! I cannot wait to continue my care here through the rest of my pregnancy as well as postpartum. :)"
