"The best pediatrician ever!! I'm soooo picky when it comes to doctors for myself and even more so when it comes to my son. My son had an amazing 1st pediatrician but due to insurance changes we had to switch, after being treated horribly at another physicians office my friend referred me to Dr. Garza and hands down this was the BEST decision ever! Dr. Garza is very personable, hands on with my son, very interactive and with me being a 1st time mom Dr. Garza answers all my 1000+ questions and concerns. Thank you Dr. Garza & Staff"

"Dr. Garza has been the pediatrician for all 5 of my children for about 2years now. And let's just say he's great until he made me feel like he's the Dr. Wearing the white jacket for a pay check. Not much to brag about since the changes. The staff is incompetent and forgetful they schedule appointment for opposite reason other than what was requested. A well baby check turns into a cough just another reason to milk the insurance. Today your Fired!!!! I received a office call stating that dr. Garza is now going on vacation and not available until early July so my kids will receive a gap in speech services. To mention I tried to schedule for referrals but office staff wrongly assured children were up to date yet they still need well child visits. Make up your mind and be consistent and professional at your place of business where parents but there trust in you."

"Dr.Garza =Amazing!!!! Nurses-Amazing Communicare Staff to make an appointment=scale of 1-10, about a -2! TERRIBLE! So much so, I'll be changing doctors because of it! I have a 9 year old and a 6 month old Dr. Garza has been seeing my 9 year old sense he was born as well as our newest the 6 month old. Dr. Garza had his own practice then sold to this company ever sense I felt the people on the phone who we have to talk to know don’t give a damn about his long standing Clint’s/Families. Communication from the call takers and his office in my opinion is non existent. I’ve left messages for the Dr. Garza to give me a call back or for his office manager to call us back and there answer is always well if you’re child is not feeling well just bring them in Smdh. I really miss the days where you could actually reach the office and speak to Dr. Garza or one of his nurses and voice you’re concerns. But now you have to talk to the people who don’t give a damn about his families and are ok if they find another doctor. We will miss you Dr. Garza :’("

"Dr. Garza is the BEST pediatrician in San Antonio. Our boys have been seeing Dr. Garza for almost 9 years. He listens and cares. He is extremely personable and it’s nice to have a doctor that remembers your family! His office staff is amazing. Always clean area with movies and toys for the kids. He is calm and gentle with kids. Always trying to make them feel more comfortable and doing things to make them laugh. I promise you will not regret seeing this doctor. AMAZING!!!"
