"Street Jitsu has exceeded all expectations for fitness and self defense training. My kids also attend which includes my 13 year old daughter, 7,6 year old sons. The kids classes are great for all regardless of their level of training. Coaches do a great job of explaining the different submissions and combinations. Adult classes are excellent way to learn a new martial art and get a good workout at the same time. We would highly recommend the coaches and staff at Street Jitsu."
"I have a young adult son who is attending this class. I signed him up shortly after he graduated from high school. He has learning disabilities, struggles with fine motor skills, and asthma. Before starting Street Jitsu his self esteem was low and he was constantly using his inhaler. He now has much more confidence, is stronger, and hardly ever uses his inhaler. Coach Dennis did an incredible job of building my son's self esteem. My son also is better at conflict resolution. The confidence gained helped him be a better advocate for himself and others.
