Dr. Lily Han

"5 stars are not enough for Dr. Han! She's been our Pediatrician for 18 years. She came & met us in the hospital the day that our daughter was born & has been our doctor since that day for both of our children - ages 18 & 10. We appreciate how she always goes above & beyond for her patients. Being under her care is a blessing & a huge relief to know that our children always receive the best care! Thank You from the bottom of our hearts - Dr. Han!"

"Dr Han is really helpful, she takes care my 8yrs and 5yrs old kids. She is nice and friendly but front desk staff are unhelpful and rude."

"Dr. Lilly is amazing but the person who answers the phone is rude and very unhelpful. Dr. Lilly told us to make an appointment when our son is three so she can follow up on something. When we called to make an appointment the person who answered the phone refused to give us an appointment. She said "Dr. does not need to see your son". Last week my wife called again to make an appointment for a flu shot, we were given an appointment for 12/5/2019 and told to call one day before to make sure they have the flu shot. My wife called today 12/4/2019 as the office had asked, the person who answered the phone told us we have no appointment scheduled. When we asked for another one (even though we already had one), we were told they have flu shots but they aren't giving them to anyone. And we cannot get an appointment or a flu shot even though they have some. With that said we will be changing doctors."

"Dr. Han won us over on the first time we met with her and has never disappointed us. The entire crew at Windhaven has always taken very good care of our 2 boys. From the first visit as newborns at Plano Presby thru now (13+ years later), we have felt confident with the treatment and they have always made our visits as smooth, personal and professional as you want with such a critical role as the care of your children."

"Doctors are nice but office personnel is extremely unprofessional, specifically the billing person. They had my address incorrect in their computer so I never received a bill for a breathing treatment equipment for my son. They turned it to collection agency instead of simply calling me and they had my phone number. I called them and left a VM but they never called back. I called again and got hold of someone. When asked why they didn't just call, her response was "we have too many patients and no time to call everyone. That's what collection agency is for." The lack of work ethics and competency is appalling. Will not be returning to this office."
