"We have been seeing Kim for over 16 years. I love having someone I trust fully with my children's health. Her team is always friendly and highly responsive. I highly recommend Pediatric Health Partners!"

"We were a patient for our first daughter here. We choose what things we do and don’t give her in regards to shots etc. Our rights as parents who research and make informed decisions. I recently gave birth to our second daughter and called to set up a newborn appointment for her. We opted not to do a particular shot and were told they would no longer see us. The lady on the phone was rude to boot. Unreal and unacceptable. We are the parents to our children. Not your office. But glad to know where you stand now. We found a wonderful new pediatrician who supports the parents choice, as it should be."

"Whitney, Kim, and all of the staff at PHP have been a blessing to us. Not only do they give the absolute best care to our son, but they make us feel at ease in parenthood and all of the unknowns that come with it. Most importantly, they don’t push anything and are great at helping you make informed decisions for your own children. The text-in option is amazing if you have a quick concern and their response time is fast. We drive an hour to see them and it’s never crossed my mind to find someone closer. They’re worth the drive. Would and have recommended them to anyone who asks..and even some who didn’t! Thanks to all of you at PHP!"

"To be clear, this review is about a billing and insurance situation, but it does relate to the overall concerns of the practice. We had been going to PHP for several years and were generally happy with the services. However, our insurance changed and after taking our three daughters in for what was supposed to be 100% covered routine annual check-ups, we received three bills in the mail combined totaling over $3,000. At check-in when we presented our new insurance, we were told that it was accepted, but turns out they are out-of-network and we would be paying 100% due to the terms of our plan and (this is the key) NO ONE TOLD US until we called to ask what was going on. After getting some wishy-washy answers from the front desk about when they realized the insurance situation and why were not informed, we were essentially told there was nothing we could do and we needed to take it up with insurance. We did get "revised" bills sent to us after the previous conversation, but it wasn't clear what the adjustments were based on. After talking to the billing department, they stressed the generous adjustments to our bills, which while better than $3,000, feels quite a bit like a buy-off due to the error and at the end of the day, we're still left to pay over $1000 for routine check-ups. Even if our insurance changes again and they become in-network for us, we will NOT be returning."

"We had a splendid visit! We’ve been looking for a pediatrician for our kids and we have found it. The appointment was easily made and we were informed of where to find paperwork on their website and what costs would be. Communication was top notch. We met with Dr. Bookout and her nurse Hailey and were taken great care of. My kids were comfortable and had a lot to share! It was heartwarming how comfortable they were and comfortable we were made. All of our questions were addressed with care. The front office staff was lovely also and got us checked out and taken care of in a jiffy. Overall I’m grateful to have found a well run and caring office to be patience at!"
