"We love Dr. Schroeder! She is great with my kiddo, and our appointment never feels rushed. I feel very comfortable voicing concerns and asking questions. They have a great nurse line, and it’s so nice to be able to call after hours/on the weekend as issues arise. Scheduling a sick visit goes through the nurses as well, which I like because sometimes I’m unsure of whether or not I actually need to bring my kiddo into the office or just ride it out. That being said, if I told them that I wanted my child to be seen by a doctor, they would happily schedule that sick appointment without question. Best Nest is a great practice, and I highly recommend Dr. Schroeder!"

In our visits, Dr. Knapp was thorough and professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had about my child's health. She was also patient and fun with my child, making the check-up a stress-free experience for both of us. I would also like to add that the phone nurses here are always friendly and helpful. I have called the office a few times with questions about my child's health, and they have always been patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions. They have even provided helpful tips and suggestions for managing minor health issues at home. Their willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent care and support is truly appreciated. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of care and level of service provided by BestNext. From the welcoming atmosphere to the excellent medical care, everything is top-notch.
