Dr. Bain is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to help you understand options and their pros and cons when it comes to your child’s health. She is never pushy, just educates you and it’s so refreshing. She really cares about her patients and helping them be their healthiest and happiest. The front office staff and everyone else are all incredibly helpful and kind and I can’t imagine ever taking my kids anywhere else! I just wish they saw adults too so I could go there!"

"Do not bring your kids here. Dr. Bain failed to notice that my son was not growing for 6 months. At his 4 month appointment my son was in the 46% for weight. By his 12 month visit he was in .07%. At no point did Dr. Bain mention his growth issues (which also included length and head circumference). I noticed at his 12 month visit that his weight seemed similar to that of his 9 month visit. She looked on her computer and realized he was the same weight as he was at 6 months. He had not grown in 6 months. We were immediately referred to GI and a month later my son had surgery to have a g tube placed. Had Dr. Bain been tracking his growth properly we could have been more proactive and at least prevented having to frantically get a g tube placed to get my son nourishment. If you look up her medical license she has been reprimanded for failing to properly identify and treat failure to thrive in the past. I have spoken to many doctors since this has happened and none have been surprised and several has even guessed who she was without me even mentioning her name or practice. Do not see her. There are other natural minded physicians in the area that are diligent."

"Dr. Bain and her practice have been a true blessing! I met with many providers in the area before I gave birth and Dr. Bain (along with her team) truly stood out as the best fit for our family. She has seen my daughter since she was 3 days old and has been a comfort to us. She looks for any root cause versus treating a symptom. She has great tips on how to support your kiddos immune systems and makes herself available any time. My daughter unfortunately was sick on Christmas eve when she was 3 months old and I was able to speak to Dr. Bain who gave me directions on what to do. Dr. Bain and her staff go ABOVE AND BEYOND every time we see or speak to them. Their goal is to ensure your child is as healthy as possible. They give you the tools and support that you want and need. It can be overwhelming knowing who to turn to, I have always been grateful we went with Dr. Bain. My only complaint is that they don't see adults because I want to go to Dr. Bain too! SHE IS THAT GOOD!"

Dr. Bain and her staff are all fantastic, with her office manager going above and beyond hunting down nutramigen for us a few years ago during the shortage. Dr. Nicole is the best. Kind, patient, delightful to work with and a devoted mom herself. She’s just so great with the kids and treating them. The ladies at the front desk are all friendly and efficient and nice to talk to. They want to help and answer your questions. We love the whole team and the care our children receive."
