"We called to scheduled a date/time to have a plumber come out and look at a few items. Receptionist attitude wasn’t pleasant w/ my husband. However, we scheduled and The plumber was to show up between 800-1100am. Noon rolls around and no one showed up, no phone call, no text! I called and come to find out that the plumber was on “another job” and they haven’t heard from him all day! People have jobs and take time away from their jobs for these scheduled appointments. No call, No show is very inconsiderate and shows how you truly feel about customers. Geez, you would think that I f you charge $135/hr the least you could do is have better customer service! We cancelled the appointment and scheduled w/ someone else!"
"I used them because I had a plumbing emergency. They showed up the same day (bless them!) and got it fixed quickly. The bill was very reasonably priced. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them. Thank you guys!"
"They are professional and good at what they do. But they charged me $278 for a $16.40 part (Amazon price, same name brand). Time to find a local small owned air-conditioning man to work with going forward. Sorry. You lost my future service."
