"Hello! My name is Raj, and I recently had a medical appointment with Dr. Kiran Kanadia for my 12-year-old son, who was suffering from bronchitis. I was so impressed with the level of care we received that I wanted to share my experience. Firstly, as we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Kanadia himself was a true professional. He took the time to listen to my son's symptoms and asked questions that allowed him to understand his sleeping patterns and concerns. He was very patient, and empathetic, and showed great attention to detail. He explained the diagnosis and treatment options clearly and concisely, making it easy for us to understand. What impressed me the most about Dr. Kanadia was his ability to make my son feel at ease. He was kind, gentle, and approachable. He took the time to explain the medical procedures and answered all our questions, making sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. Dr. Kanadia's expertise were evident throughout our visit. He was very thorough in his examinations and ensured that we had all the information we needed before leaving his clinic. He was also very proactive in following up with us to see how my son was doing.I highly recommend Dr. Kiran Kanadia to anyone seeking expert medical attention. He is a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor who truly cares about his patients' well-being. We are grateful for his excellent care and would not hesitate to visit him again for any medical needs in the future."

"If I could give this "Doctor's Office" a zero rating, I would. By far the WORST experience our family has ever had with a Pediatric Dr. We have four kids, so have had a lot of experience with children doctor visits, and are pretty laid-back parents. The facility is grungy, which should have been an immediate red flag, but I let that go. The front desk staff is extremely rude, as mentioned in previous reviews, and act like they have much better things to do than help their clients with scheduling and insurance questions. The tipping point for my family was when we took our youngest in, who just turned seven months, and the Dr. told us, without any blood work or proof that he most likely has a thyroid issue because he is not as tall as he should be. This was the very first time we ever heard anything like this. After watching how they measured him, it was very little surprise why their method was over 2" off. Instead of measuring the baby on the table, marking where the head and feet are, then measuring that length, they have a janky set up where there is a tape measure along the wall AND the scale (uneven) where the baby is weighed. The parent is suppose to hold the baby's head on the wall (also inaccurate) while the body is laid over a mat (upper section of child/chest) and then the lower half is laid over the scale, which is a higher surface... confused yet? With this method, our child measured 2" shorter. When the nurses and I suggested to the Dr. to measure on the totally flat surface in the room, mark the length and measure, we were told we cannot do that because "that's not how we do it here." I did anyways with the nurse and got a whole 2" longer. The doctor worried us further in saying that by not having blood work done, we could be causing our baby developmental delays due to his 'problematic thyroid.' Being new to the state and now full of worry, we went in to have a blood test. They poked our son in each arm, 2 times without being able to draw blood. He was later badly bruised and sore on both arms. The nurse even said, "wow, I have never had a blood draw on such a young baby." At that point I was furious. This was all right before and during COVID so we had little options to see another pediatrician without going through the initial set up. So we went back, like idiots, because we needed immunizations. At this visit, the Dr. had moved on from the 'thyroid issue' and was certain my son had ear infections.... when I told her I there were literally NO signs of any ear infections, she told me just to get ahead of it, she would prescribe antibiotics! Hard no. After all of that, they jacked up the billing. So PLEASE, please go somewhere else and avoid the headache and stupidity of this facility."

"After trying to make a new patient appointment , I can see the negative reviews of office staff. She was short , and kept telling me I had to call my insurance-refusing to even tell me which insurances they accept. I have never ever had a doctor office refuse to tell me if my insurance is accepted or not, especially when calling as a first time patient. In addition to overall tone just not friendly. Bad first impression"

"These are the best pediatricians in Flower Mound! My son has been going to Dr. Dhoot since he was two weeks old, about 15 years ago. Dr. Dhoot is the most kind, most gentle, most understanding, and most thorough doctor I know. My son loves Dr. Dhoot. We have seen the other two doctors as well and are both excellent. I would recommend this practice to anyone and I have."

"First, Dr. Harpavat is a fantastic doctor. She is caring, and has taken great care of our kids since moving to Texas. This alone warrants positive feedback. Despite my wanting to consider it a one time incident, I cannot ignore the ongoing poor management and wait times at this practice any longer. My position is what is the purpose of making an appointment if you arrive and then wait 45 mins to 1.5 hours to be treated. I struggle to find any reasonable excuse. If you are overbooked extend the courtesy to your patients. They will appreciate that more then assuming prompt treatment then wait with no defined expectation as I am doing while posting this review for others to consider."
