"I have been training Brazilian jiu-jitsu here since 2020. The coaches are very knowledgeable in their martial arts. They offer classes in jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and kickboxing. I have trained at different gyms and this one is by far my favorite gym. Coach Matt is very patient with my 2 kids that also train jiu-jitsu. If you are looking for a place to train whether it be for self-defense or fitness i highly recommend V3. This gym has a lot of mat space and they are cleaned after every class."
