"I originally started going to Psf back in 2017 when it was crossfit. It was pretty awesome environment everyone knew their stuff. Ruben is very specific when it comes to instructing the class and doing one on one if you need that extra attention and help. I loved the environment and that everyone was working as a team. Wether it be BJJ, MMA, kickboxing circuit training or regular crossfit training. Be prepared for an awesome workout and you will see results if you show the commitment. I just started kickboxing circuit training and I am a beginner have not worked out and Ruben was extremely helpful in modifying some of the workouts I could not do."
