"Called multiple times and I’m waiting for 30 minutes still no answer. When I finally got through to someone I asked for medication to be refilled and after 3 days still no refill."

"There were a few people waiting, so it took about an hour and 20 minutes to be seen, but all of the staff were very sweet and caring. I had to get stitches in my thumb and doctor Katy Northcutt was very good, told me everything that was going on the whole time while my head was turned, and stitched me up quick. They also noticed my tetanus shot was due so they went ahead and did that while I was there. I’m glad they said something or I wouldn’t have known! Thank you ladies."

"I’ve come twice now for the vaccine and they’ve managed to screw it up twice. If you want your time wasted and want to come to an appointment and not have what they said they’d have available for you, this is a great place to go! First time the new girl scheduled me on a day they weren’t giving the vaccine, second time they ran out and didn’t bother to tell me until I waited 10 minutes to get it. Expect to have your time wasted."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Arrived shortly after opening time at 8 am. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. As I sit in the waiting area for over an hour, crying due to excrutiating pain, I finally asked if I would be seen soon. I was told I'd be next, and waited about another 20 minutes. The nurse was friendly; she told me I had high blood pressure yet it was never addressed again during my visit. The doctor was being extremely strange and obnoxious, talking about things that a person who is sick or in pain isn't worried about. I could tell he didn't know what was wrong with me and jumped to any conclusion that he could. Now, I have to pay for a worthless doctor visit and an expensive antibiotic that I know isn't what I need. The doctor couldn't even recommend ways to help me feel better. I feel disturbed giving these people my money and that they are in charge of other peoples' health. Please, go anywhere else before you go here. I am new to Peoria and wish I would have known sooner."

"I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time wouldn't have been so annoying if desk staff would have let me know they hadn't forgotten about me. After meeting my Dr I realize why. He's a goofy elderly man who talks a lot and make a bunch of corny jokes. HOWEVER he is the first doctor I have ever felt has taken me seriously and made me feel confident that we'll figure out what's going on with me. And the front desk staff was very nice. So I'll be back even if there's a long wait time it's worth it to know that my Dr listens to me and is really trying to help."
