"They ok but just not to good with African America customers they get charged differently and treated differently and the Grooms not good at all on my dogs I could have did better myself and was charged 62.00 for a mess up ball cut on my shih tzu puppies I could have cried"
"I took my large breed dog in after her not eating for 2 days. They did no labs and gave her an anti-nausea and anti-diarrhea meds and told us to come back in 2 weeks and they would do labs and other tests. 2 days later I took her somewhere else where they did labs an discovered her kid ray enzymes were low- and we are now learning her kidneys are failing. If we would have waited the 2 weeks she would have no hope- but they could have caught it sooner to prevent more damage then where she is now.I feel like they really let my dog, and family, down because they simple didn’t want to draw the labs and be more proactive"
"I don’t understand why I am paying 40 something to checkout my cats and I asked why do I pay this money cause I requested to have my cats to be checked out by the doctor and when I was asked this question about the money I’m paying for them the girl said that I could take them some place else l also asked about people like me that is on pa or ssi do I get a discount she said no"
"Our kitty passed away. They were very prompt on getting our remains of our beloved pet. They also included a very sentimental poem. I'm very pleased with the services they provided."
