"This office is a quack. I have insurance they wouldn't see me unless I paid 60, I have insurance and have never paid that much even for a specialist. I paid it because I'm sick and needed medicine. The doctor only looked in my nose, ears and listened to My lungs. He spent about 5 minutes with me. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying was going on. Probably Will have to find another Doctor because what he did isn't going to make me well. It might help a Little. Don't have another day off work untill Monday. Thanks for nothing and only caring about how to make as much money, Rather than taking the oath you took on patient Care. The woman at front desk is awful and that's me being nice. I Will fight this claim and report to My insurance."

"I call a few time to get a appointment for my son ,for a physical , first the desk ladie give me a day and time , then she change her mind and said that she have to ask the doctor for the days for a physical, she said she will call me back , never happen .i call the day after she make me wait for 10mn on the phone , I hang up and call again , the phone is busy all the time . Just do your job ladie and don’t ignore people’s when they call for schedule a appointment."

"Calhoun is great and knowledgeable as he's been practicing for quite a while. The problem is the front office. The lady that used to work the front left and the new one that works there is condescending, apathetic, unhelpful, rude, and a total b*! As someone that works directly in the medical field, no one like her should be allowed to work even at a front desk. No one forced you to take this job. If you don't like it, leave. If I were Calhoun, I would have let her go long ago not only to keep patients and their business, but to save myself a daily headache ."

"Was my kids doctor from birth. Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and really cared about my kids. I have to change doctors because they don't take my insurance anymore. This past year the front desk lady hasn't been as on top of things as she usually is ...(not getting back to me over questions, not putting in requests for meds, or forgetting to get documents I've asked for...) it's not all the time but it's been enough for me to be concerned. Only thing I had issues with was the fact that they're in Sanger and I'm in Denton, had to redue same excessive paperwork every year, and if there's an emergency there's no appointments set aside so your child can be seen in a timely manner. Overall it's a wonderful place to go to for kids and adults."
