"Awful insurance company!! They’re shady. I was supposedly setup for autopay and I continued to get letter after letter saying “they haven’t received payment”.. Then, when I made a phone call to the Callaghan location, I was told “I was setup for automatic bill pay”. Beware of the fraud that goes on within this company too. They send you letters from pronto insurance and say they merged with a&c.. it’s really shady. You get what you pay for. I hope if you’re looking for auto insurance you look elsewhere and be willing to pay a little more but, have peace of mind you’re not being scammed. I won’t make the same mistake again. Heed my warnings."

"This place is so unorganized. I was with them for 5months. i eventually switched to another insurance and i needed 6 months of proof for some discount i called them 2 times to fax the paper over. They didnt fax it each time. I called again and then they told me that they needed to talk to their manager to see if they could fax it,manager said they needed to talk to one of the agents in the office where i was getting my new insurance.i cant remember what was said but my new agent had to fax them a written statement to fax the papers over. My new agent faxed the paper, we Didnt recieve anything from them. I called them again and the girl said there would be a fee to fax the paper. I was tired of it by this point i have been in this office calling them for an hour now and i let it rip, nobody said anything about a fee the last 5 times i called. They are a joke! Im glad my new agent handled the unprofessionalism so good glad i switched."

"Do not go to this office, their goal is to only sale insurance even when telling lies. I am married and my husband drives my car, they sold be a policy where my husband is excluded and they did not explain this to me. I found out later that excluded means that if he has an accident the insurance will not pay. They have a dirty office and the customer service is terrible. I overheard one employee tell the woman who was helping me, "put in they have insurance to give them a discount, don't worry the company doesn't ask for proof". Do not risk it."
