"Very clean establishment. Has a great set of equipment for weightlifting, & great hours open. I only have availability 4-6, so it's nice that they are open at those hours."
"Disappointed with not keeping up with equipment. When something breaks it can take up to 6 months for it to get fixed. Compare to other gyms in Laredo Rock fitness I’s the one that charges 3x more yet they can’t keep up with the equipment. Out of date treadmills and pull up assistance machine hasn’t been fixed to name a few. Other than that gym is always clean and organize."
"I really love the calm environment this place has. Everybody is doing their thing and I just LOVE coming in. Machines are great quality and very clean. The wipes being spread around are very convenient."
"I don’t understand the maintenance fee they charge the members when the same machines has been out of service since the first day I joined. That should let the customer break the contract since they don’t keep what they write!"
"Awesome place to workout. They have a lot of equipment and their outside area is top notch. They just need heavier kettlebells. Thank god the bunch of kids crowding the restrooms went away. They got in the way when going into the restroom and even turn off the lights to get a better lighting."
