"I don’t use Dr. Krock, however, he was the doctor on call when I had to call the hospital over the weekend concerning my 1 year old son. I was very displeased with his overall attitude during the call. He seemed very annoyed, like I was bothering him. Other than his attitude my call was in regards to my son who was clearly having a milk allergy. He’s been on soy formula since 2 weeks old, & his pediatrician told me to try to switch him to 2% milk at his one year check up. I explained to Dr. Krock that he was fine until I gave him milk & for 2 days he had been miserable with a horrible red rash on his face, yellow diarrhea, vomiting, low grade fever, crying, & constantly tired, wanting to lay on me. He acted like I was an idiot, told me he was probably just sick with a stomach bug. I went to the store, frustrated with both doctors at this point, put him back on soy formula & now all of those symptoms are gone. If you’re going to be a doctor, have a good bedside manner, be polite to your patients & LISTEN TO THEM! If you think I inconvenienced you on your weekend, just think about how our weekend has been when a DOCTOR told me to give my son milk after knowing he had an allergy to it & how the rest of our week could’ve been with both of your negligence. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor & I wouldn’t even give him one star."

"Mom has recently went to the ER and five days later Krock still hasn't filled the script the ER gave her. We left messages, the pharmacy faxed several times and nothing. Either he's on one of his many vacations or him and Graham medical simply do not care. It's a shame my mom liked going there. It seems she needs to now find another doctor and facility. Good work Graham living up to an already bad rep."
