"I wouldn't recommend. Gym members don't respect the equipment nor the time of others. You will often see dumbbells, barbells, plates, mats, and benches all over the gym. No one picks up after themselves and it makes the gym look unprofessional."
"100% do not recommend! They kept charging me for months even after I had already canceled. I keep calling for a refund and it has taken MONTHS to get resolved. I have yet to have received my refund since July, it is now January. The best they can do is send an email to their corporate offices because the reception desk can't do anything about it. Go to any other gym that has same day cancellation policy. ** I couldn't even get in contact with the manager for weeks until I lied and said I wanted to sign up for the personal trainer, complete SCAM.**"
"During my Christmas break in town, I encountered difficulty in finding a gym that could accommodate my short stay. Joey, the GM, was the sole person who not only listened but also assisted me promptly. He empathized with my situation and provided me with a temporary pass, ensuring I could continue my workouts hassle-free. Whenever I'm in town, I won't consider any other gym. Undoubtedly, Joey's exceptional customer service makes it the best in Laredo."
"This is the best gym in Laredo. My kiddos LOVE the daycare facility and staff. Angie, Rosie, & Karla a do a FANTASTIC JOB. My kiddos never want to leave. I always workout in peace because they are in GOOD hands. The rest of the staff on the floor always greet you and make you feel encouraged to keep going to the gym. My personal trainer ISRAEL keeps me motivated and in check. I’m so happy I decided to join this gym."
