"I’ve called them several times to remove the Prius V off my account and I still pay pay insurance on it. The car was considered total lost in Nov, I called them December and they’ve yet removed the Prius V. They also haven’t changed my rental insurance that was suppose to be removed in May….rep said “you never told us but I did. I just love donating money"

"In the beginning it was good but now it’s just been horrible with communication and trying to get a reply back from Chris is impossible. Sending email after email about wanting to change my auto insurance and fix an issue but he just doesn’t reply back. I don’t wanna have auto insurance anymore with Allstate, especially with Chris and I’m debating about the same with my home insurance and might just get rid of Allstate all together"

"Won't go to bat for you when it matters most. We were with Allstate and Chris Zeigler for almost 7 years for homeowners and car insurance. Chris and his office were always communicative and made sure we were in the loop when we needed to review our yearly renewal of coverage. Now Allstate is a more expensive option but none the less we liked the service Chris gave us. Until this month. We were in the process of trying to sell our home, within a very tight window, in order to close on an out-of-state home, when THREE different roofing contractors told us we needed to replace our roof due to hail damage. All with proper photo documentation to support. Allstate sent out their bogus third party people, Patriot, to gather photo evidence. Found out from my roofer that they document weirdly now and do not physically mark any damages they find (bare minimum is a chalk outline), just take photos. Shockingly (not really) the adjuster denied any such replacement was needed. They would cover our gutters, but didn't even meet our deductible. My family and I had to fork over $16k of our money to pay for the roof, money that should have gone to my children's college fund. When I expressed my frustrations to Chris and his office, he confidently voiced that he stands for his clients and will try to help us. Never happened. Never returned my calls or requests to schedule an office visit to figure out next steps to work with the claims department. Never did any lifting on his end to help me and my family out of a wrongful disregard for customer loyalty and an inaccurate adjuster verdict on a roof that had apparent damage from hail. Do yourself a favor and just get the bare minimum coverage cuz insurance is a scam that never helps us out. Or put in a claim every time it sneezes hail so the insurance companies have to come out and document everything. Maybe then they will be honest."
