"We just left OSF On Call and though it wasn't fast care, as they had many people waiting to be seen (which is understandable given the time of year), I would completely recommend them! The facility was clean, the staff was very kind and helpful and the nurse practioner was very thorough, personal and kind as well. We are very pleased with their service!"
"I have been here so many time for my daughter and for myself. They have taken great care of us every single time! I would recommend them over all other walk-in clinics I have been to (within OSF and out side of their company). The staff is always polite and professional. Even if they are slammed. There have been more times that I am in and out within the hour, then there have been times where I have had to wait 2 hours before being seen. I appreciate that they take time with me and my family to figure out what is wrong, so I dont see a problem in waiting for them show the same respect to everyone else. I have seen others get upset, still the staff treats those rude people with the same amount of professionalism and kindness as the do everyone else. It's always a great experience!"
"I made an appointment online for 1:30, we arrived right at 1:29pm and got taken back maybe within a minute or two—crazy fast. My nurse was nice and then my nurse practitioner, Stephanie, was incredible. She was so thorough explaining the issue I’m having, how to heal & prevent it happening again, and answered all my questions and even told me when to come back to see her specifically again to make sure things are healing well, so I’ll definitely be back to follow up with her!"
