"I was informed by my current doctor that they no longer take my insurance. Since my husband sees Dr. Gramer I thought I'd get myself and our daughter in to see her. I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Gramer since Dec 5th but my calls continually go to voicemail. I have left messages but never received a call back. Today, by some miracle, I got through to a human who said they are not accepting new patients. It would have been helpful to have a call letting me know so I could stop wasting my time."

"Was charged a $45.00 fee for "behavioral change counseling" that my insurance thankfully covered. My visit was for after care treatment for covid, so not sure how behavioral change counseling even applied. I don't go to the doctor often so maybe outlandish fees like this are normal and I've just been living under a rock. Aside from this the office was pleasant and Dr. Gramer helped me feel much better with the prescriptions and breathing treatment."

"My mom and coworker recommended Dr. Gramer. I was excited to try and get an appointment. Yet when I inquired if she was taking new patients I had to tell my insurance and any medications I take... not sure why that matters. After a few moments on hold I was told she is not taking new patients. I feel as though they are they’re just picking and choosing. It’s her office so they can, but still feels like discrimination against people that have certain issues. I’m sure if you’re an established patient she’s great, but from some of the other comments here her office staff sounds rude."

I also was interested in a family practice physician to go to myself and she was a perfect fit for all! She has a special way of making us first-time parents fell stress-free about our baby’s growth and development. So glad we found her when we did! My toddler loves their new patient room decor too!"
