"We have been with Dr. Worsley for almost two years. He is a great doctor. I have found him to be knowledgable and kind. He listens and answers questions, and has connected us with great specialists when needed. He also responds to requests online and is great with our toddler. We moved far away and have stayed with him because of our trust in him."

"Never again. Look elsewhere or just see another doctor within the facility. Dr. Worsley isn't your only choice, just a bad choice. If I ever regretted one thing I've done in my child's lifetime, it was choosing Dr. Worsley as the doctor. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go elsewhere."

"I have since switched away from Ben Worsley, the worst pediatrician my daughter has ever had. I once complained to his assistant (who no longer works there) and found out that the moment she left us in the appointment room, she unloaded everything I said to Ben Worsley, even after I asked her not to. Ever since then, there has been significant retaliation. My complaint to Ben Worsley's assistant was that I did NOT trust him and that I was looking to go elsewhere. The man is complacent and is probably several years past due to his retirement; even if an early retirement. He has many high-rated followers of now older children whose parents once gave 5☆ ratings, but those were the days when Ben Worsley was not complacent and was knowledgeable. Nowadays, he dismisses questions that challenge his knowledge and he's discreetly insulting when he doesn't like your questions. I am not going to put my child's health at risk for some pediatrician who PRIORITIZES his sarcastic distasteful comments as a response. I left my child's appointment with "Dr." Ben Worsley just to go home to have a video conference with Teladoc concerning my child's issues. The random doctor over a Teladoc video call gave me a bunch of resources and was very knowledgeable about a baby he had never seen before. I spent more time with the Teladoc doctor learning more about the issues my daughter was experiencing than I ever had with my daughter's OLD pediatrician; Ben Worsley. We are done with him! We left the Cook's network and found an AMAZING pediatrician who SUPPORTS our breastfeeding lifestyle and prioritizes the HEALTH of my child."

"My wife and I have not experienced the five-star ratings that Dr. Worsley has. This makes me even more concerned that there might have been some discrimination involved due to my wife being a “not follow the leader and ask questions” type of person. I also feel as though his ego was a bit bruised because my wife questioned his expertise based on several things that weren’t adding up. For example, he was adamant about our daughter not teething. However, she showed all the signs, and it turned out from other credible sources that she was teething. He was very dismissive when she challenged his knowledge. So I’m guessing if we were those types of people that just took everything he said and ran with it, maybe there wouldn’t be any issues, but fortunately, we’re not. He was very dismissive and talked over my wife. I honestly feel like at some point he might have been a great doctor, but complacency has set in. We are the type of people that do our research and question especially if it’s concerning our child’s well-being. And I think that was a little too much for him. This is not our first child; we have a son who is 19 years old and had an amazing pediatrician from the time he was born up until he was of age with Cook Children’s. Unfortunately, we’ve had an opposite experience with Cook Children’s & Dr. Worsley over 19 years later. So I warn you if you are the type of person who questions and does your research and not just take his "title" as a trust all, then you might not want to deal with him!"

"Dr. Worsley was amazing. As a first time time mom, I had questions about EVERYTHING! I would come to each visit with a list written down in my phone with questions and he would answer each question very detailed and thoroughly and would give examples and offer extra information as well as what I could except in the coming weeks from baby. He took all of my concerns seriously and I always left his office feeling relieved. He explains what will be happening for each visit very clearly such as which vaccines and what they are for, what he is checking for etc. I am so glad we chose him as our baby’s doctor. We unfortunately had to move, but I am a so glad we had the experience of having him as the first pediatrician for our baby. On call/after hours always responded quickly as well."
