"Loved Powderly until she sent a letter terminating our relationship because an office employee, Gracie, called me 20 minutes before my son’s appt to let me know my son’s his insurance was not accepted. To tell me it was my job as his mother to check that information before an appt even though we’ve been going to this office for 5 years. My husband just passed away, the kids just lost their father and Powderly couldn’t understand, how inhumane of a doctor to punish my kids. Thanks Powderly, 4 months later and I still can’t find a doctor for them."

"Our first visit with Dr. Powderly was great! My only complaint is that no one showed us to our exam room. At the other Cook Children’s clinics a nurse greets you at the door and escorts you to your exam room. No one at the front desk even offered to open the door and I have 2 kids under the age of 2. It would feel more welcoming if someone greeted us at the door and took us back to our room."
"Absolutely LOVE Dr.Powderly I had trouble at my sons first clinic so when I had my daughter back in 2020 I started searching for a new provider for the both of my kids. I’m sooo glad I went with Dr.Powderly, she’s the best. I feel like the last provider I had didn’t really care much about what was going on with my son but Dr.Powderly shows care and love to my kids and is very good listener! I highly recommend her to others! You won’t regret choosing her as your babies doctor."
