"check in online for less wait time in the waiting area. this clinic is pro vaccine practice so they encourage parents to vaccinate children. my 19 month old had her Dtap vaccines at 10 months and the nurses said she had it done too early( recommend at 12 months), so she will need to retake it. I may disagree or not understand and see eye to eye. Overall, when I express my concerns they listen and are willing to explain. Dr. Goodrich gives great advice and is sweet. Thanks!"

"So I really need to know why PA Osakwe from the UNT health pediatric clinic decided that it would be a good idea AFTER having a discussion with me on the phone to go into the room and tell my ten year old child that she was fat?! Does she not understand the mental damage she just caused to my daughter?! I’m not going to let this go. I’m not going to stay silent. No matter what I say to my baby she isn’t going to believe because this Dr told her otherwise. The damage is done. We had a previous discussion about ALL concerns so why she felt the need to do what she did is beyond me. I am livid!! I don’t care if my child is 300 pounds at 10... you don’t say things to the child!!!!"

"It won’t allow me to edit or cancel my old review so I’ll just make another one!! I made that review after the first appt thinking okay, this will be great! But it was not! I seen a BIG difference after that smh.. I switched drs there because she’s very impatient and doesn’t actually listen! I took my baby with multiple problems and she was trying to pick and choose which ones she’ll deal with that day smh.. just didn’t like her energy all around!! I hate that dr Castleberry Robinson isn’t taking patients anymore she was amazing"

"I can only speak for myself and children... they take great care of my babies every time I call with a problem! Dr Goodrich wasn’t the original dr we were supposed to see but I’m glad we did.. she jumped in on the first visit and took charge and made changes that helped! You may have to call and recheck on a message that you left for the nurse etc or might not get called back to the next day but what do you expect from such a big facility, it’s only so much that can be done from them at that moment! I’m thankful for all that you ladies do for my children, I’m in the medical field and know that some days are rough.. keep doing amazing work!"

"Switched my daughters doctor to the UNT network to get away from Cooks Children. Call this morning to get my daughter an appointment because she has had a headache for two days, vomiting and her eyes are dilated. I was told she is not able to be seen until November 1, 2014 ( 2 months from now). Never meet the doctor and never will but this is not on her by any means it is on their procedures. Please do not accept new patients when you know they not can be seen for 2 months. Very frustrating situation."
