"I've had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Ozeta and staff until today. My three older children has been with him and his wife and they are now 18 and 16. The receptionist Aggie was very combative with me. I am the guardian of a patient and they have legal paperwork on file. He's on my insurance. I pay all copays and make all medical decisions but she advise me that she cannot give me access to the portal to submit paperwork that needs to go back to Dr. Ozeta. I then asked for a supervisor and she states that she's out to lunch. I asked for the person over here and she says she cant disclose that information. I told her that is not true. You can disclose hierarchy. This I know being in the medical field for 13 years. Once I disclose this then she release the practice Manager name. I have never had to go through this much to have access to a portal which contains medical information and I am the one who makes all medical decisions. She tells me that I would need to adopt him. I am outraged at this particular moment. If this is truly the policy it definitely need to be reviewed."

"We have been coming to this office since 2016 when our son was born the receptionist Gina made it a point to learn our sons name from the first visit and has not forgotten it or gotten it wrong since! We love her bubbly personality and our son loves her as well. We started seeing Dr. Ozaeta in 2020 & he is so thorough with his care he explains everything so that not only we understand but our son does too! Definitely recommend this office"
"We love Dr Ozaeta, but the office has seriously gone downhill since they moved to the new location. We’ve constantly had to wait well past our scheduled appointment time. Their office used to have a much more friendly and welcoming feel. Now I just feel like we’re a number waiting to be processed. Even trying to get my childrens’ shot records for school was a major ordeal."
