"Please find another pediatrician for your children. I don’t want to write anything mean (though I have a tone of mean and honest things I could say), but it would be of your best interest to just find someone else."

"I would advise you do your research before using Dr. Robertson!!! Our babies first pediatrician appointment was set up with her and it was nothing close to what we imagined a first appointment would be like. My baby had a rising bilirubin level that needed to be checked out and addressed. The first thing she said when she saw her was: “She doesn’t even look that orange.” The office used a transcutaneous monitor to check her levels, and it was 8.7 points lower than that mornings blood draw levels. When asked if that was normal we were told that it was “yes it’s weird but good it was going down.” Great medical advice there.. We had to request an order to get the level checked with a blood draw, that should not be left up to the worried, anxious parent. Thank goodness we advocated for blood draw because that same night we got the lab results back and our babies number had jumped to a high risk level, 10.3 points difference than what the office had gotten. A different doctor at the clinic placed my daughter on photo therapy because the bilirubin levels were so high. Dr. Robertson NEVER followed up. We called the office to express our disappointment and were told by Dr. Robertsons nurse, that the transcutaneous monitor had been acting up the previous week, the battery wasn’t working and needed to be recalibrated. She apologized for the issue. If the office knew the equipment was faulty, why wasn't it fixed or taken out of service. The only person who reached out to apologize was Misty the operations manager. She informed us they sent the monitor out for maintenance so that won’t happen to another patient. The doctor never reached out after the initial visit."

"Dr. Robertson is very knowledgeable. She asks many questions and makes sure everything is okay with your child. She is never in a hurry and will listen to any questions or concerns you may have. Very direct and professional. Love her for both of my children."

"We have gone to Jana Robertson for almost a year for our 18 month old. I love Alliance Pediatrics and everyone we have encountered has been very friendly. We just have not been a fan of Dr Robertson. Before our appointment, we brace ourselves because the entire appointment feels like we are going to a classroom to be lectured about what we need to be doing and what we are doing wrong. My husband and I barely say 2 words the entire app, she just likes to go on and on about the same things and it's just a little frustrating and annoying. We have decided to switch doctors."

"Dr. Robertston refused to write a referral for my daughter to be evaluated for speech. I addressed my concerns as well as my husband and she would not write the referral. I called the office after we left to ask her to please reconsider and she didn't call me back. She had her staff call me back to tell me she still would not write the referral. She is irresponsible and obviously not concerned for the well-being of my child. I have every right to be concerned and it is her job to acknowledge that. I would not recommend her."
