"I can’t leave a review on the Dr herself because I decided I didn’t want her based on the rude woman who answered the phone. She’s listed as my PC on a new insurance policy so I’m a new patient. After being released from the hospital, and told to see her within a week. The lady on the phone basically raised her voice telling me that she didn’t care there’s nothing till next month. I needed a medication that I can not go without. The phone disconnected without even giving me the email to contact them. I’ll be finding someone else ASAP!"

"If I could put a 0 star rating I would unfortunately I have to put 1. My Son was called into work at the last minute. We immediately called as soon as we found out. The receptionist told me that they would not be able to schedule another appointment because we canceled 1 other appointment and that he would have to find another doctor."

"First time patient, 13 weeks pregnant. New to the area and really not happy with my first appointment. They charged me 100 dollars to take my blood and then another 75 when I couldn't bring my daughter in. All in all seems like a money hungry private practice with no genuine desire to help or build relationships."

"My husband took our son for vaccines today. Their office only had 2 out of 4 vaccines needed and decided to bill this to our insurance as a physical and send them to another place for the remaining two shots needed. The second place was unable to give the needed shots without us paying out of pocket as Julie Traynhams office billed already. After speaking with Karen and being rudely hung up on, I will be reporting this to my insurance group and recommend that anyone going here make sure they have everything needed before walking in to an exam room and giving them your insurance information. This doctors office is clearly in business for the $$$ and not concerned with patient care. We will not be returning and will be warning others. Monty Morris in Justin is far better. I wish we would've gone there today instead."
