"Rudest customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying to get proof of past coverage. And I am told it would take 24-48 hrs and nothing. So I call again and am told it would be 24-48 hrs again. No manager is ever available. And when one is they put you on hold until you decide to hang up. I called in today and Brianna answered and I asked to speak to a manager and she said for what. I kindly said I really do not want to keep repeating myself. If I could just speak to a manager and she said there isn’t one in the office today. They are actually at another location. I asked what location and she said non of your business. I called 3 times to different offices finally spoke to a manager named George who was very helpful. Regardless I won’t be recommending Fred Loya to anyone."

"I do not recommend using this company AT ALL! They will randomly add someone to your insurance policy without your authorization if you receive a piece of their mail. Doesn’t matter who it is, if you get mail for a random person at your house, they will add them to your policy. Doesn’t make sense to me but I guess that’s because I don’t rip people off for a living."
