"Literally would never recommend her to anyone. Pressured me into decisions that didn’t line with my personal beliefs and made me feel stupid as a first time mom. Kicked me out of her office and told me I wasn’t allowed to come back because I didn’t want to move forward with something she wanted me to do. Literally just in it for the money and doesn’t truly care about your kid."

"I am a Foster mom and Doctor Saloni Paudel is amazing, she answers all my questions and helps me a lot. She always cares about my babies. All the nurses are friendly. We live 1 hour far away And we drive every time that my babies have an appointment and is my pleasure because I know my babies are in good hands. Thanks, Doctor for being an amazing and caring person."

"My wife took our 3 year old today 5-25-23 for our daughter's initial visit. She arrived over 30 minutes early. There is no check in in the waiting room and no one at the front window. Apparently you have to go through another door to check in but there is no sign indicating this. After 45 minutes of waiting she went in to see what was going on. The woman working the other desk said we are not going to see you because you are 10 min late which we were not. She was very rude about it and told us too bad. That's how it works here. She said we could come back in 2 months. We declined and canceled the appointment for our son that was coming up. Rude and unprofessional."

"I keep giving this office benefit of the doubt, but it’s been 3 years so I’m comfortable now saying I don’t recommend this office. In 2019, I was a first time mom, and I had no idea what I was doing but I knew something was wrong with my baby. I told her she was projectile vomiting everything and was crying NONSTOP. She said it’s probably colic, didn’t give it a second thought. I came back for her one month checkup, and I told her something is wrong, me being confused, crying and hoping for a better answer, I told her the symptoms. she actually checked and came to find out my baby had reflux. Her new personal nurse, is extremely rude, & has no empathy with kids. (Her first nurse was amazing when was at this facility)"

"UPDATE ! Our last visit to Dr. Saloni Paudel's office was a world of a difference from the initial experience. From the first contact point at the receptionist window to the moment we walked out, we could not help but to feel welcomed and appreciated. The energy and vibration of the whole office was inviting. There was genuine interest in communication and attentiveness to the details. My little babies were treated as special as I believe they are to me. Both my daughter and my son felt at ease and were seen attentively. We are pleased to have beed given the opportunity to be inspired of updating our last review of 1 star. Big congrats to the way the office spun our thoughts about the place. Thank you. OLD REVIEW! I'm wondering if the staff has a select group of clients to be nice and professional to! I'm one to consider reviews and I saw that this office had great reviews. A 4.8 which is exceptional. However I feel horrible having visited. The office staff and nurse assistants were very rude. I mean there's a certain way that a professional speaks to their clients and they are lacking the genuine interest of their clients. The only real and genuine person with concern and respect for their clients is Dr. Saloni Paudel. Every one else has a culture of thinking the clients are there to bring them business versus the office being there to serve the community. My wife was made to feel bad every time she spoke with some of the staff. I'll be specific: The front desk lady was not rude in person, yet lacked the vibe of welcoming... ITS THE FIRST CONTACT POINT..... The lady that was doing the vitals and taking height and weight was ordering my daughter around in non empathetic way. These are children you are servicing not cattle... my daughter is talkative and was trying to make conversion with her and she literally ignored her. I felt horrible seeing this so I told my daughter to not ask nothing. A few days later I get a call with the results of my daughter's labs. The lady that called spoke to me as if I was a mother that fed my kids junk food all day. I mean she did not ask questions to figure out why the results were where they were. She just automatically told me to stop feeding her fast food! For that lady's information... my daughter very rarely eats anything from a fast food place. I feed her nutritious and wholesome food made at home. I'm not bashing... just trying to bring to light the importance of being a professional at all times and genuinely interacting with the clients as if they are important. There are ways to do things right and ways on just doing enough to clock in the morning and clock out at the end of the day. I'm disappointed that this office has the potential to be the best pediatric in Granbury, yet lack the simple notion of kindness, being nice to little kids, talking to the parents as if we're all a team involved in the betterment of the child, versus making us feel like we're the reason the child is not top notch! Ok .... I'm done... Again, this is a review to express my thoughts on the visit I've been to. Honestly I feel bad for the doctor who's name is on the door. She knows that it's her business and it's reputation that on the line everyday. One day off beat is all it takes to create ill feelings."
