"I hate having to give this review because we’ve been with Watt’s for 15 years and have loved being her patient. But unfortunately she just lost my daughter as a patient. My daughter was exposed to 3 others girls on her team that tested positive for strep throat, her throat (only) was hurting, so I only needed a strep test for her, but instead they insisted on an at home Covid test or a Covid test inside the office first, we of course denied this because this wasn’t needed. So because of that, they were unable to see her. Highly disappointed, especially since strep throat requires an antibiotic unlike Covid. So, we decided to take her elsewhere where they tested her for strep and unfortunately she was positive with strep. But we thankfully got the antibiotics that she needed. Sadly, in my opinion, the Covid virus became more important than the patient at this office and we will be taking our business elsewhere."

"My child has been seen since infancy by Dr. Shannon Watts and is now a teenager. He rarely is sick and because he has a disability, is uncomfortable with office visits. In short, we only bring him to the doctor’s office when he truly needs it, which is not often. Today, we called early and made an appointment for his first ever ear infection. For our son to complain of an ear ache is a big deal as he’s usually insensitive to pain. We were given a 10:00 appointment. Around thirty minutes before the appointment, we were called and told that he could not be seen as it had been too long since he was last seen. Mind you, the doctor’s office holds his chart from infancy through late teens and we were told he would be considered a “new patient” and to go to Urgent Care instead. When asked if Dr. Watts had been consulted as she knew his case history, we were told “no,” and that this is an office policy, and “sorry.” Well, this “office policy” is not based on the individual’s unique needs and needs to be reviewed. Very disappointing and in our views, unethical. Please do better for your exceptional patients."

"Love this office! The nurse who is giving the flu shots completely calmed my daughter's down was so extremely good with both of them. Fast forward to a week later, my oldest daughter had to have blood drawn and the same nurse prayed with my daughter and made the experience so much better. Hats off to this wonderful nurse. She was so sweet and the best nurse I've ever seen."

"I have taken my twins here since they were home from the NICU (born at 30 weeks). The office staff is approachable and kind. Dr. Watts LISTENS and is fantastic with my now two year olds. I feel like she connects with the parents on a parent level rather than just a doctor. The nurse line is great and takes away the fear of what to do when illness strikes after hours."

"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Watts, we just love her! She is always very thorough with our 3 girls and always takes the time to make sure our questions are answered before we leave her office. Once we leave her office, the staff and nurses are also very helpful with any situation that comes up, and they are quick to call back to answer any questions we may have. The staff remembers us and is very friendly and helpful as well."
