"We have gone to Doctor Morrow for so many years I cannot tell you when we started.. While I love his approach as a doctor.. And appreciate the time he spends with us as a patient..BUT...I have been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks.. You can only leave a message.. I have left my cell phone number every time I have called. But when they do call me back they call the house phone and leave a message for me to call.. I have called Multiple times now and have not had any return call. I am now looking around to see what other doctors would like new patients."

"While you may have to wait a bit to see Dr. Bob for your appointment, it’s only because he takes his time with each patient and is very thorough in his exams. He takes his time to listen to you and your concerns and addresses them all accordingly. He does this with each time you are in the office and make you feel very heard and well taken care of. He gives high quality care and is more than worth a little wait. His staff is always friendly and helpful as well. One of the best pediatricians around."

"Good doctor for my kid but the receiptonist is awful. Every time I call no one answers I leave voicemails get no response. My daughter had a seizure and she was supposed to see the dr 2-3 days from being released and I have called and left more then once voicemail and nothing. I finally got a hold.of someones and she hung up on me after she asked me.to hold. I called right back and it went straight to voicemail. This is ridiculous!!! How do they run a business when no one answers the phone and when they do they hang up on you !!"

"The review that said wait times often exceeded an hour is incorrect. Yes we have had to wait at times but only due to the fact that the doctor was called away or was not able to get to the office on time. Most often our wait time was never more than 15 minutes and the staff always informed us if there was going to be a long wait and we had the option of rescheduling our appointment"
