"terrible terrible hospital. was told to come here by a sister hospital and after driving 40 minutes here we were told they wouldn’t accept my 3 week old sons urine sample because they don’t accept meridian insurance. it should truly be illegal to deny anyone, especially a 3 week old baby, of important testing because your hospital doesn’t accept their insurance. wish i’d gotten the name of the supervisor who was SO rude."

"Went there last night for severe pain in feet and trouble walking. While the receptionist for er was very nice. That's about where it ended. Sure I was pulled into the back rather quickly, there was nobody else in the waiting area, but that is where the prompt service ended. Spent nearly an hour in the room while getting asked question about medical history, which I expected since I never grave been there before, but then I witnessed these so called Dr, Boyle was his name, sit on his can while bsing with a nurse about food joking around for a solid half hour. He even glanced into myth room 2-3 times worse don't this. Finally he decided to get up and come in. I told him what was wrong, after looking for literally a sec he said I had a yeast infection in my feet. The cute was to go get some otc medication from CVS, and it weird be clear in two days. When I tried to explain that I couldn't get anything until Thursday is there...... I get cut off and very rudely told there were no samples. He'll write it down and walked out. Took him another 20 minutes to write it down and get me discharged. Absolutely no help at all. Was told to return if there is indication of infection (according to Boyle it was infected so he contradicted himself), continued trouble walking (which is why I went there in the first place) or if it got red and swollen (hmmmmmm return if I'm having the same symptoms I came in with). Then was told to followup with my Dr in a week to make sure it's on the right track. Are you kidding me? What kind of crack smoking poor excuse for Drs do you have working there? The sad part is this is one of the higher rated hospitals around here. I say run run run far away. A five year older can give better diagnosis. Update: still waiting on someone to contact regarding their non existent patient care."

"Came in to the emergency department for an injury, was handled quicklyand efficiently. All staff demonstrated medical knowledge and genuine compassion, and were in good spirits which enabled me to be in good spirits as well. Thanks to everyone there!"
