"Available to members 24/7 with pretty much anything anyone would want for a complete workout. Plenty of free weights, along with a Smith Machine and a couple of squat stations; Treadmills and Ellipticals; Cable Workout Stations and a wide variety of workout machines, rowing machines, leg press machines and bench press stations. In addition to a shower in the restroom, there is a private changing room with several lockers for your personal convenience."
