"So sad to see both offices where pretty much the same for example Office in Mission experience, I have raised six children and have been going to Dr Ramirez office for over 14 years. Dr. Ramirez is an excellent doctor but the staff on the other hand some are great and friendly and others it seems simply do not want to work. I took my daughter in today 04/20/2022 approximately 5:55 pm and it seemed as if they did not want to see us as soon as we walked in the door. The waiting room was empty to my surprise and I was just there for my daughters annual check up, as she just turned 10 on the 9th of April, so my thoughts is that we would be in and out. I approached the window as usual and there was no clipboard to sign in. I was asked if I had an appointment, which I did not and I was ask to wait a moment as the medical aid checked with someone in the back to see if we could be seen. I take it she asked a gentleman by the name of Isiah as he was "in charge" in his own words. I clipboard to sign in and then I was seated. A few minutes later I am called to the window and asked for my I.D. I found this odd as this was the first time in all these years I had been asked for my I.D. Then as my identification came up as the father, I'm guessing they looked at the birth certificate?, I was then asked for court documentation that I was the custodial parent because if not they could not see my daughter. At this point I was a bit frustrated and asked to speak to Dr Ramirez personally as he knows I and only I have been bringing the girls in for the past 6 yrs and only me. I was asked to wait only to be told a few minutes later that he was not in the office and they did not know when he would be there. I asked again because he seemed odd they did not know when the doctor would be in. After I left the office I called and made an appointment and was told the doctor would be in after 1:30 pm tomorrow. (Why was I not have told if I wanted to see the doctor I would have to come back tomorrow at 1:30 pm.) Cherry on top of the cake, I was told their records had not been updated since 2018. Tonight was an absolute circus and the waiting room was EMPTY. *04/25/22 Went back today was told that "Doctor" would make one time exception to see us but next time I would have to bring in court documentation and yes they made me wait forever of course. Doctor the best but office staff is extremely unprofessional. The previous visit they asked for my drivers licence yet they do not even have a copy of her birth certificate so at this point I have said my fair well to Dr. Ramirez after he saw my daughter and then I showed the staff up front the court documentation showing I have had full custody of my children since 2018 through the Texas judicial system and since 2018 have taken my daughters in numerous times with no problem at all. After reading the other reviews about the staff it is clear that this has been an issue for many years and that reflects on the office manager. There staff is the same and most have worked there for years."

"Arrived to Dr’s office at 2:50 pm because dr was suppose to be here by 3pm. I waited for two hours and half until dr arrived. I was taken into the room at 5:30 pm more or less. It is 6pm and have not been able to leave. I had never waited this much before and it is honestly frustrating!"
