Sunday 4/10/2022, we went in to SSM Monroe Urgent, Freeport. We weren't even acknowledged, a person came in after us with a twisted knee. They took him in, still not saying anything to us. Just because my husband didn't have a visible injury didn't mean he wasn't seriously sick. Maybe try asking. My husband actually has leukemia, ended up going to the Monroe Urgent care in Monroe. He had pneumonia. Along with the leukemia.. he was and is seriously sick. Next time take patients in as they come in, acknowledge patients, and DON'T ASSUME the patient isn't sick because he doesn't have a visible injury!"
