"Dr Martinez was recommended to me for my newborn, it's been a year and I will be taking my second baby here too. I don't understand the low reviews. If nothing is wrong with your baby/ kid the appointment will go by quick. He is straight to the point but that does not mean he doesn't listen to your concerns, I thankfully have not had anything serious happen that was not resolved at the ER or with Dr. Martinez."

"One of the worst pediatricians I have come across it is hard to find good ones in laredo this man is entitled and has no recent education he would often google things I would ask. If your child never gets sick and you just want to make sure they grow accordingly then he’s a good fit. I stayed with him making excuses for him like maybe this is how they all are (first time mom) Every stage he never helped then when my child started school and would get sick and he in the rudest way said take him out and it will stop as if it is that easy no one will pay my bills certainly not him. He always prescribes the same things. He also will ignore concerns you have and to him most things are “normal” I stayed with him thinking it would be better but no. Even as a newborn he was of no help he would not even remember what formula or instructions he would give me he would say he never said that zero accountability please save yourself the terrible patient care. He should retire as someone who has no love for his patients nor creates a child like environment the only good thing is how fast he is."

"Okay so the doctor is ok and professional however when I set my appointment, i ALWAYS have to wait anywhere from 1-2 hours for my baby to get seen. It’s exhausting just for the doctor to tell me to get some over the counter medicine everytime!"
