"Excellent customer service. The two young men who work in furniture were absolutely amazing. I had purchased a recliner for store pickup and the box the product came in was too large for my SUV and they were able to take the product out of the box and get it to fit in my car so I didn't have to spend anymore money on a rental truck or have to make two trips. They were so kind and patient. I definitely recommend placing any pickup orders here bc they went above and beyond to help."

"I use to shop a lot at Big Lots! Stopped for many years because the nearest relocated. This place opened up about 2 years ago. They have expanded a lot of their selection and carry a lot more things. They have a good variety. They carry food, appliances, furniture, home decor, clothes, electronics, etc. They have reasonable prices on some home items. Some things are great quality and some are poor quality. You get what you paid for. It's worth checking out."
