"Loan Star title is a rip off they they tell you what you want to hear and less you to believe everything ia good until it’s time to pay off your loan I owed more than what it was to pay off not only that.The printout with examples of the total loan payments and agreements are not up to date that’s another way the get you. I gave an excellent 5 star for there customer service the first day I got the loan but when they received their payoff it was way over the amount it took to payoff by couple 100.00 and they refused to pay the correct amount back to me. Please use title max or another company if you can. I feel taken for granted by someone I thought I could trust."
