"so I had already left a review and I guess they decided to delete it because of what I had to say. i’ve never seen so many rude and don’t mental nurses in my life. I went in with anxiety and chest pains and all they did for me was just make fun of me, gave me a couple sedatives and sent me on my way. They made me feel so ashamed of myself, as if anxiety isn’t an actual problem that people struggle with. I can see now that leaving a Google review might not do any good so sadly I am going to have to report them but it’s their own fault. if I had to go to the hospital again, I would rather die"

"My husband recently had multiple tests done here. The billing department had details wrong which caused us to make 3 calls to the hospital (another country, apparently), 3 calls to our insurance company, averaging an hour a piece, and we think we finally have this straightened out. We have dealt with this hospital our entire lives. This has us so upset we are considering switching hospitals. They need to get their act together."

"First of all, I will give the staff 5 stars. However, since it was recently sold to some other conglomerate, I give it 1 start. WHEN you have a billing issue (they are now billing astronomical fees), you will be directed to a call station in El Salvador. They offer no help whatsoever aside from sending a full statement or taking a payment. Yes, let's send credit card info over the phone to a foreign call center. What could go wrong?"

"My brother collapsed and was taken by ambulance to Redbud Regional Hospital on a Saturday evening where he remained until the following Friday. I was amazed and impressed with the high quality of care he received during his entire stay. The ER staff were thorough in the initial exam, kept us informed on his status and their findings and very professional. They knew what they were doing and were able to quickly make the correct diagnosis and get the proper treatments started. Everyone on the MedSurg staff were also phenomenal—again highly trained and knowledgeable on what my brother needed to recover quickly. They were kind, helpful—just amazing. The same can be said for the PT department-they worked with my brother to help him regain the ability to walk and do his normal daily routine and were friendly and kind in the process. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful, kind, caring and excellent at their job. . My mom worked in a hospital for over 20 years and said the Redbud hospital was the cleanest she had ever seen-ever-and so nice and quiet. My family was so blessed during this difficult time by the most amazing , wonderful, caring and professional people we have ever been around. Not just one or two but everyone! The people at Redbud Hospital care about their patients. Thank you all! This hospital is an incredible assets to the people they serve."

"My 88 year old mother was recently a patient at the hospital. She has dementia and was treated for pneumonia and difficulty walking. We were very happy with the care she received from the staff, and we’re extremely pleased that upon her release she seemed healthier than we had seen her in a long time. We would recommend this hospital for care."
