"I had a very bad experience with this company. Deceitful, dishonest, very smooth, will take your money if you decide not to buy the property. They are biased towards the seller. Will scam you if they can. Run from them I am having to file a formal complaint against them just to get my refund. The owner threatened me with her lawyer and never paid me the thousands dollars that they took from me. I felt threatened so didn’t follow through. Be careful."
