"After attending amazing shows at the Paramount for years and being season subscribers, I was thrilled to learn they hosted weddings. The Paramount always puts on an amazing show and our wedding was no different! I was so impressed with all of the details they helped us bring together to craft the wedding of our dreams. It was a magical experience from beginning to end. They have a handful for preferred vendors you need to chose from for catering and entertainment, but honestly I found this made the vendor selection much less intimidating. The vendors are in a range of price points and our wedding coordinator at the Paramount walked us through that information. We met with the Paramount wedding coordinator periodically throughout the planning process. Those meetings helped us remain on track with the planning and reminded us of small details we may have forgotten. Planning can be stressful, but Emile-Margaret and everyone at the Paramount were so amazing. I highly recommend them."

"Our wedding at Paramount’s Meyer Ballroom was a wonderful experience! The venue is absolutely stunning! The atrium provided a beautiful setting for our wedding ceremony and for photos during the evening. The reception space was exactly what we were looking for, with the hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows with views of the Fox River and Paramount Theater. Our coordinator Emile did an AMAZING job and made sure everything ran smoothly. She had such a calm demeanor and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. All of the staff that worked during our wedding were wonderful! Our experience with the Paramount Meyer Ballroom exceeded our expectations. We could not imagine a more perfect wedding day! "The Meyer Ballroom was a dream to get married in! Emilie-Margret was a huge help, from planning till the day-of, to getting us the best photo locations, to even helping track down VIP guests who needed a little extra help. All of the staff was super nice and helpful. The bridal getting ready room was amazing, each of my bridesmaids had their own mirror to help with touch ups. Their preferred vendors were all super easy to work with and coordinate with, and the made the day super seamless."

"The staff at Paramount's Meyer Ballroom were phenomenal before, during, and after our wedding! With their help, they were able to make our dream wedding come true! We had so many requests to ensure our vision came true. The staff were able to work with us and make sure those requests were fully met. First of all, we decided on a 1920s themed wedding. They allowed us to bring in some props to decorate the bar and make it look like the Prohibition Era. They also had a lovely 'Welcome Sign' made for us that fit the theme well. We had our ceremony inside the Meyer Ballroom as we did not want our guests to move from one location to another. We requested to have a wall close up part of the ballroom, so that the catering can set up by the bar area during the ceremony without causing any distractions to our ceremony. The staff were amazing at clearing out the ceremony-set up as quickly as possible and collapsing the wall to quickly transform our room for the reception. We wanted our guests to mingle, take pictures, and grab a few drinks in between our ceremony and reception. Both my husband and I had our own private rooms, in which we used to get ready in and also hide before our ceremony started. They are a floor a part, which was perfect to prevent us from running into each other. I also absolutely loved that the Bride's Suite had its own bathroom! My only concern with this venue when we were first looking around, is that they had a very small list of caterers to choose from. I would suggest maybe someday expand to more options for a much bigger clientele. Even though I was concerned, we discovered Cuisine America had a menu of authentic based Mexican dishes, which is what we were looking for. In the end, we were very pleased with the food that we chose from them. It was all very tasty! Everything simply turned out perfectly! From our own dressing rooms, to the ceremony set-up, valet parking for guests, the overall floor-plan and room set-up, to our reception and the help from all the staff we received during the whole event. It was amazing to take pictures around Aurora's beautiful downtown, even though that day was cold, and it was amazing to dance the night away in front of the Paramount Theater's beautiful lights.
