"This is for ALL campuses. HCC as a whole. I ended up leaving here and going to lone star college instead. HCC is very unorganized, the advisors would tell me different degree plans to the point I ended up wasting my time taking classes I didn’t need. Advisors rarely pick up the phone. I’ve left countless Voicemails and emails and either received no response or a very vague reply. Seems like they never know what’s going on and I end up having to speak with 15+ people (I wish I was being dramatic with that number) when I need help with getting my courses and education plan together. I got fed up and completely ditched HCC. And I’m glad I did.. lone star has been the easiest smoothest ride EVER. Very prompt. things are already taken care of before I even get a chance to ask for assistance. Not to mention I’ve never had a problem with them not answer my emails. And when they do they are very thorough and to the point. HCC needs to take notes from lone star ASAP."

"Some librarians are really helpful but there’s an older black lady who’s always mad when she has to stop watching tv on her phone or actually get up to assist anyone. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with her because she basically tells you, you make her job harder. WHAT JOB? She literally down nothing but sit and whine all day."
