"Purchased a billboard truck from Sell A Cow Furniture. I'm in PA, Vit described the truck when questioned about rust as being "VERY CLEAN". Told me tires were good, only issue with the truck was a weak battery in which he was replacing. I sent him a check and was very disappointed when the truck arrived.
